While effective communication helps in expressing an idea, it's leadership that determines how well it is executed. Being a constant thinker and a person with several ideas on improving the system, i find that toastmasters is a perfect match for me. Daffodils is an amazing platform for youngsters. But then again, every week i see there are several 'veterans' who enjoy the session and at the same time build a great rapport with even the youngsters. Sister was a member at daffodils and following her foot steps(along with personal interest). Lots of support from senior toastmasters and others who are in it for sometime. Immediate Past President - Suhas Prakash Toastmasters gives us an opportunity to learn in a conducive environment where we help each other become better communicators and leaders.
